This par five has an imaginative layout. The strong following wind will help your tee shot, but the green is not reachable in two for the average weekend golfer. There are many strategically placed trees throughout the entire length of the golf hole. Use the right side of the fairway as your target line off of the tee box. The second shot should be played to the right side as well. You will be hitting your approach shot to a small, elevated green which is difficult to see. Furthermore, the green is well protected by three pot bunkers and there is out of bounds to the left. Keep in mind that you have a strong wind at your back, so use a lofted club to land your ball gently onto the green.

It usually blows from left to right, but can unpredictably change to a following wind. Choose at least one or two clubs less than what you would normally use for the distance printed on the scorecard. There are three bunkers surrounding the green (One left side, one right side, and one to the rear). But the green is open in front, so you can roll your ball up onto the putting surface. This is a two tier green, so a flag stick placement on the back, upper level can make a score of par seem like a birdie.Beware of the dreaded three putt.

What a great finishing hole. Out of bounds runs along the entire right side of this hole; including the deep blue color of LaoLao Bay. Also, there is a strong prevailing wind which blows from left to right. Use the first grouping of big trees on the left edge of the fairway as your target line from the tee box. A long, well positioned tee shot might give you the chance to hit this green in two. The safe play is to lay up your second shot 100-80 yards from the green. You will hit your approach shot onto a severely undulating, kidney shaped green which is protected by water on the left, out of bounds on the right, and two bothersome bunkers (One on the front right side and one on the rear left side). This is a high risk / reward type of par five. You might finish with a birdie or even an eagle: but it is quite possible that you could be looking for your last golf ball in the out of bounds. What a game! Time for a cold drink.
