Hole number sixteen has its own special character. Your tee shot will be hit into a strong crossing wind which is normally blowing from right to left towards the jungle. In addition, the fairway landing area is extremely undulating and slopes towards the jungle (Make sure to aim your tee shot at the right edge of the fairway). It is quite probable that your approach shot will be hit from an uneven lie.Although, the large and flat green will make you a good target. Watch out for the large front bunker and small pot bunker to the left. Use the bunker on the right as your target line. Remember the wind and your lie.

Make sure to aim your tee shot at the left side of the fairway. Because of the gusting left to right wind, some players may find their tee balls in number sixteen fairway. The approach shot to the green makes this hole very challenging. The three threatening front bunkers are positioned like sentry guards. It is not uncommon to find your golf ball in one of these three bunkers. Be careful to choose enough club to reach the green.

If you have not used every club in your bag yet, this grand par five might provide you with the opportunity. The prevailing wind blows from left to right and the jungle runs along each side of the fairway. The big hitter can reach the fairway bunkers located on both sides of the fairway. But it is not possible to reach the green in two. Your second shot should be played to the right because the fairway landing area narrows at about 100 yards from the green. Also, take notice of the three large bunkers on the left approach to the green. You will hit your approach shot to a small green which is protected by five bunkers. A par on this finishing hole will be a nice compliment to your final score.
