The ChaCha Junior High and Kagman Community,a partnership by LaoLao Bay Golf Resort Cleanup Brigade had a successful turnout during their road cleanup last Saturday along Kagman Road. Last April 29, 2006, the Cleanup Brigade organizes volunteers to clean the selected location, supply the volunteers with garbage bags, gloves, and cold drinking water, and collect and transport the garbage to the Transfer Station. It`s a very good choice to set-up an environmetnal project like this in a community.
More than 50 active volunteers joined the event. They included students from ChaCha Junior High, teachers, Homeowners along Kagman and LaoLao Bay Staff. The event started very early and lasted for more than two hours but many volunteers stayed beyond the allotted time.

The road had a lot of trash! At the end of the event, numbers of trash bags had been collected! The trash consisted of paper and plastic products, drink cans and a lot more. It was really so sad to know that there were inconsiderate people leaving their trash along the road. We make the solution now but later problem comes again. There`s a saying that goes `...if you are not part of the solution then you are the problem. If you do so,please STOP!`
Let`s always make ourselves involve to protect the environment.
